This vision statement is our horizon. From mixers to presentations to prayer and reflection, it guides our relationships and ministry.
Mission
Reach Youth Ministry Teams evangelize young Catholics wherever they gather. Reach Teams are trained young adults (18-26 yrs) who are authentic in their life of faith, support one another in Christian community and have a passion to evangelize young people.

We encourage young people to be authentic in joy, prayer, and to live as beloved children of God.
Relevant
We strive relate the Gospel of Jesus in a manner that speaks to the unique adventures and joys of young people.
Engaging
Encouraging young people’s full participation in experiences, ideas and self expression, we journey with young people on the road to Emmaus as we discover Jesus in our midst.
Fidelity
We hold faithfully to the teaching authority of the magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church, under the ecclesial authority of our ordinary, George Leo Thomas, Bishop of the Diocese of Helena in Montana. We endeavor to maintain an environment in which faith informs the life of Reach Volunteers and Staff and takes expression in all our programs and activities. In our mission we strive to communicate joyfully the invitation to new life that is ours through Jesus.
